Today I’m going all artic and using a colour scheme of Soft Sky, Crumb Cake, Early Expresso and Whisper White. I’ve wanted to use the reindeer in the Merry Patterns stamp set with this colour combination but couldn’t settle on a design I liked, finally I’ve made one I like.
On a card base of Soft Sky I stamped the outline reindeer repeatedly in Early Expresso. I next cut out a label in Whisper White and Early Expresso from the second largest die in the Lots of Labels set. On the Whisper white one I stamped the patterned reindeer in Crumb Cake and the Merry Christmas at the bottom in Early Expresso.
To finish the card off I put the two labels together and punched a whole in the top of them, I then took some of the Copper Ribbon Trim and threaded in through and then spread it out to look really frayed. I also stamped the patterned reindeer on the bottom corner of some Whisper White for the inside but I forgot to take a picture…oops!
