Today I’m sharing four cards which have all been made from one sheet of 6 x 6 designer paper. I used the retiring Best Dressed paper as I love the floral patterns and I chose four colours from this paper as my card bases.
These were Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Petal Pink.
I used the Dandelion Wishes stamp set for the sentiments, stamped on a circle from the Layering Circles Dies.
I just cut the 6 x 6 paper into various strips and arranged them with the sentiments on top.
I think the Blackberry Bliss version is my favourite, which is yours ?
How cute is this little lamb from the Welcome Easter stamp set? I love it along with the rabbit and chick which can also be found in the stamp set. This might be an easter themed stamp set but its also perfect for new baby cards and thats what I’ve made today.
Using Petal Pink as my main colour I’ve pulled the background paper from the Best Dressed 6 x6 Paper Pack and also added in the Organdy Striped Ribbon which is one of my favourites.
I used the little flowers from the stamp set to echo the pattern on the paper which I think looks really cute.
So if your looking for a cute stamp set grab Welcome Easter before it retires, its one I’ll definietly be keeping.
One for the girls today with this lipstick themed card made with the Dressed to Impress stamp set and matching All Dressed Up dies. I’ve used the colour scheme from the Best Dressed 6 x 6 Designer Paper of Lovely Lipstick, Basic Black and Purple Posy to highlight the femininity of the card.
I’ve used the tag die from the Bonanaze dies, this was the perfect size to fit my sentiment on and the die cut lipstick.
I’ve finished the card off with some 1/8″ grosgrain ribbon in Lovely Lipstick and some enamel dots from the Happiness Blooms collection.
Here’s a simple card made using the Dressed to Impress stamp set and matching Best Dressed 6″ x 6″ designer paper. These products are perfect for all things girly and the paper has the perfect mix of girly items and gorgeous florals so is a winner in my book.
I’ve used Mint Macaron and Blackberry Bliss as my colour palette. On a Stitched Circle I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss and added some texture using the splotches from the set stamped off in Mint Macaron.
To finish the card off I added a strip of Blackberry Bliss cardstock, a Mint Macaron banner cut from the Best Dressed DSP and some rhinestones to add a little sparkle, which every girl needs.
This is a simple card which is quick to make with the designer paper doing all then hard work but I love it!
