As I mentioned yesterday the Pretty Perennials Bundle was my favourite from this years January to June Mini catalogue so here is one final card to say goodbye.
I’ve used all of the 21-23 In-Colour collection because I love them and they work so well for floral based cards having the pastel shades and two greens.
I used Fresh Freesia as my card base with a Basic White matt cut from the largest die in the Nature’s Thoughts Dies.
I used adhesive sheets to cut out the leaves in both Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. I first adhered the Soft Succulent outline and then filled in with the bits from the Evening Evergreen leaves, using the spatula end of the Take Your Pick Tool to pick up the little sections. This in-fill technique is one of my favourites to use on a dies like this.
The top layers of the flowers are cut from the new 2021-2023 In Colour Shimmer Vellum and adhered to the bottom layer with Mini Glue Dots. I’ve then added a Matt Black Dot to the centre of each flower to match my stamped greeting.
I’ve added a Positively Pink VellumButterfly cut from the Nature’s Thoguhts Dies as a final flourish.
