As mentioned in my last post I’m loving creating with the Joy to the World and today I’ve mixed it with the Happiest of Birthdays to create a wonderful birthdy card. I used one of the card bases from the kit as I love the gold foil lines on them and thought they’d make a great starting point for a birthday card.
I’ve used the greeting “Wishing You The Happiest of Birthdays” as the focal point of the card. I stamped it on the second largest Stitched Rectangle die in Versamark and then embossed in Gold to match the card base.
In each corner of my Stitched rEctangle I’ve stamped just the flower part of the stamp from the Joy to the World stamp set, so no Mistletoe in sight. I’ve coloured these with Magenta Madness.
I’ve added anothe Stitched Rectangle in Magenta Madness which I stamped all over with the small berried from the set in Versamark, to just add a little detail.
To finish the card off I added one of the Gilded Gems to the centre of each flower afterall whats a birthday card without some bling!
