Pink Paisley Thank You Card

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for being missing for over a week, I was enjoying being in my garden last week while we had some sunshine so didn’t get much crafting done, I do have some lovely tomato’s ready though!

For today’s card I pulled out the Paisleys & Posies stamp and die set as its been months since them have been used.  After a few disasters I came up with this card.

As you can see I went for a colour combination of Melon Mambo, Pool Party and Powder Pink. After initially being unsure about Powder Pink its a colour I’m starting to love and is becoming my favourite pale pink.

I coloured the paisley circles using my markers which needed to be re-inked ( first time since I’ve had them five years ago), which took a bit of time but was quite relaxing, especially when the results turned out so well.

I used the little flower stamp to create more of a background and added a sentiment from One Big Meaning which was stamped on an oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits.

I finished the card off with a little Pool Party twine to bring out this colour on the card.

September Customer Thank You Cards using Paisleys & Petals

Today’s card is one some of you may be receiving in the post today, its my September thank you card, which has been sent to everyone who shopped with me this month to say thank you for choosing me as your Demonstrator.

I chose to use the Paisleys & Posies stamp set which is fast becoming one of my favourites and one which I’m hoping makes it to next years catalogue. Its such a versatile set and with the matching Framelits set you could play for hours.

I made the three medallions by stamping three each of the shapes in Rich Razzleberry, Delightful Dijon and Mint Macaron. I then die cut these with the matching Framelits and also die cut three small circles in the copper foil which I also adore!

Here is a close up of the medallions:

I made the card base out of Mint Macaron and used some of the Rich Razzleberry patterned paper from the Petals & Paisleys speciality dsp matted on some copper foil as a base for the medallions.

The greeting comes from the same stamp set and is stamped in Rich Razzleberry on Whisper White and then cut it into a banner using my scissors.

Want to receive one of my thank you cards next month, then simply place an order of any amount with me and I’ll send you one as a thank you.
