10 of My Favourites from the January to June Last Chance List

As tomorrow is the last day of the January to June Mini Catalogue I thought I share with you 10 of my favourite products that are still availble to purchase here in Europe.

  1. Pretty Perennials Bundle – I love this bundle inspired by Million Sales Achiever Dena Rekow, its fun and flowery with gorgeous dies and just the sort of set I could play with for hours. This one is my absolute favourite from this catalogue and the one I’ll miss the most. Pop back tomorrow for one final card with this set.

2. Brushed Blooms Bundle – Again this is another floral set I love. The dies to build up the roses are a little intricate but I love end result.

3. Kangeroo & Co – How can you not fall in love with these cute little Kangeroos? I think is a great all round versatile set and would be great if you love colouring.

4. Hey Girfriend Stamp Set – A great set for feamle birthday cards, alos think this works well with Prettiest Birthday, Dressed to Impress and Nothings Better Than. A great one if you love colouring.

5. Circle Celebration Stamp Set – If you creating your own backgrounds then this is a great set for you.

6. Vine Design – the dies may have sold out but don’t let that put you off this stamp setits great for backgrounds and has a variety of sentiments so good for beginners.

7. A Cut Above – This one fits the the men in my life so well I just have to keep it, I also love the sentiments in this one.

8. Snail Mail DSP – I wasn’t a fan of the Snails in this, being a gardener I do not find them cute at all but the reverse patterns in this pack are bright and fun and suitable for all types of cards. I may have more than one spare pack of this paper

9. Love You Always Foil Sheets – I have a serious addiction to Stampin’ Up! coloured foil sheets, I love looking at themand again I have sererval packs of this just it case…

10. Resin Heart – These were a great embellishment to use. Small and flat enough that they were still easy to mail. I’d love these again in a different colour combination.

So there are some of my favourites which will be leaving us tomorrow. Have you bought used any of them? What was your favourite product for this catalogue?

A Cut Above Birthday Card

How happy does this man look realaxing in his hammock? I’d love to be hime right now, sadly it’s still a little too cold for sunbathing here in Yorkshire.

This image comes from the A Cut Above stamp set which is a great one for the men in your lives, the other image in the set with the lawnmower reminds me of both my husband and my dad.

The image was stamped on a die from the Hippo & Friends die set, its funny but I’ve had these almost a year and I think this is the first time I’ve used them but its a great set for frames and other little elements.

The background paper comes from the Ice Cream Corner Designer Paper pack and really adds to the bright relaxing card I was hoping to make.

Fingers crossed this will be me relaxing in my garden soon.

Simple Stamping with Prettiest Birthday

Today I’m sharing a very simple card that shows that the Prettiest Birthday stamp set can also be used to make male birthday cards despite all the pretty feminine images. I’ve used the tassel banner and stamped across the card in slight diagonal line sin Poppy Parade, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay.

I’ve added a greeting using the sign type greeting from Happiest of Birthdays stamp set on Poppy Parade, which I then cut out with the smallest fat rectangle and adhered to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A quick simple card which can be suitable for anyone simply by changing up the colours.

Just For You Card

Here’s a simple card using three more products which are retiring the Layering Squares Dies, Be Mine Dies and the Meant to Be stamp set.

I’ve used the largest Scalloped Square die and coordinating plain square to create the focal point of my card. On the Blushing Bride cardstock stamp I’ve stamped the tiny hearts in Blushing bride to create a tone on tone background.

The heart was stamped in Real Red ink and cardstock and then die cut with the second largest scalloped heart.

I stamped the greeting in Versamark and then used White Embossing Powder to heat emboss with, not very well as I’ve left lots of little flecks all over.

The white embossing powder on its own has now sold out but its being reconfigured in the new catalogue to come in a bundle with the clear and black embossing powder.
