Monday Mix-Up with It’s My Party Designer Series Paper
Today I’m going to start a series where I take a certain focus product and create two cards with different looks. I’m focusing this week on the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper as this is on the retiring list and I have a lot to use up. I also decided to have a play with my circle punches. Scalloped Serene Silhouettes
The first thing that caught my eye when I opened my new demonstrator kit was the gorgeous Pool Party Glitter Ribbon. It’s really soft which was not what I was expecting at all and its very sparkly.
To make the card I pulled out Serene Silhouettes which is a set I’ve had for a few years and sadly not used very much. This stamp set has now retired and has sadly sold out in both the clear mount and wood options (sorry..).
I also decided to use my favourite and also sadly now sold out 1 ¼ scallop circle punch. Luckily there is a scallop circle making option in the new catalogue which looks even more fun to use.
I teamed these which the utterly gorgeous Birthday Bouquet designer series paper, some blushing bride and pool party ink, a little old olive cardstock and one of my favourite embellishments the basic pearls.
The result I think is a pretty little card suitable for many occasions.

Welcome…
Thank you for stopping by my shiny new blog. My name is Joanne and I am embarking on my second journey as an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I have been buying their products for my own crafting since they entered the UK market back in 2007 and was a demonstrator previously between 2008 and 2012. You can see some of my previous projects on here www.stampinwithjo.blogspot.com but I will be posting all my new creations here.
I’d love you to come back and share my new creative journey as I update my dusty but much loved craft cupboard with some brand new products.
