Today’s cards using the Christmas Gleaming stamp set, are perfect if you need to whip up a batch of Christmas cards quickly as the design is simple and easy to replicate in any colour combination. Simply stamp, emboss and punch! These card bases are made from cardstock measuring 20cm x 14, scored at 7cm, so you end up with a tall skinny card.
This first one has a traditional colour scheme of Real Redand Old Olive with Gold embossing. If you’re in a real hurry just use the matching ink and forget about the embossing step.
For this second card I used Seaside Spray and Rococo Rose with Silver Embossing for a more modern colour scheme.
Which do you prefer? Me, I’m a traditionalist at heart.
