Pootler’s Team Spring/Summer Catalogue Blog Hop

Pootlers blog hop - header

Welcome to another Pootles Team Blog Hop, this time my fellow team-mates and I are showcasing some of our favourite products from the new Spring/Summer 2018 Catalogue, to follow along with the hop just click on the blue button at the end of this post.

Today I’ve chosen to focus on the Petal Passion Suite as I just love the hand drawn water coloured effect these products give your projects. I’ve created three different cards which all use the “Thank You” sentiment from the Petal Palette stamp set , pairing it with various other products in the suite.

My first card featured a background created from a piece of the Petal Passion DSP and a couple of die cuts. The sentiment was stamped on the largest square from the Stitched Shape Framelits . The stamped rose has also been die cut using the Petal & More Thinlits Dies and I’m so thankful for that die as I just love this image and know my fussy cutting skills are nowhere near that good!

For the second card I chose to use the Petal Pair Textured Impressions Folders as I tend to forget about my embossing folders and these two really are gorgeous.  The lovely vine effect created on this card perfectly matches the paper from the first card. I love how simply switching the background and the shape the sentiment on has created such a different looking card.

For my final card I wanted to highlight another piece of paper from the Petal Passion DSP, this floral one is my favourite from the pack. With some quick colouring using some Stampin’ Blends and you have a fabulous card.

There are many more gorgeous stamp and die combinations in this suite which I can’t wait to show you in future posts.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope to you’ll follow on with the blog hop by using  the blue button below to see all the wonderful projects from the rest of the Pootler’s Team.

Happy Hopping
