I wanted to create a softer looking card today so chose to work with the gorgeous watercolour pencils. I really love how this card turned out and think its my favourite project with this stamp set to date.
I created the background by embossing the gold hearts all over the watercolour paper, I also decided to run the Versamark along the edges and emboss them also. I then took the watercolour pencils in Melon Mambo, Calypso Coral, Pumpkin Pie and a little Daffodil Delight and just scribbled in patches all over the card. I then used the aqua painter to blend them all together and this worked so much better than I expected it too, I just love it.
I embossed the “Hello Love” again in gold embossing and edged in the same way to match the card. I added a little of the gold metallic thread to further add to the soft look.
