Watercolour Wash with Irresistably Floral Designer Paper

One of the things I love about the new Irresistably Floral Designer Paper is that you can colour it to fit any project you wish. For today’s card I couldn’t decide which colour combination to use so I made two versions, a blue/green one and a pink/peach one.

For the pink/peach version I used Watermelon Wonder, Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach and lightly brushed the inks on the paper using the aqua painter and ink from the inkpad lids as I don’t have any re-inkers yet.

The blue/green version used Emerald Envy, Mint Macaron, Pool Party and Island Indigo. I’m still not sure which one I prefer.

The sentiments come from the Banners for You stamp and framelits bundle and the cards have been finished off with some of the new yummy in-colour enamel shapes. Which I’ve now got two packs of as I love them! I can’t wait to try more colouring techniques with this gorgeous paper soon.

Happy Crafting
